Earth Balloon Limited Warranty (for Earth Balloon Purchase)

The Earth Balloon globe is guaranteed by Earth Balloon, Inc. to be free of defects in workmanship for one year after date of delivery. This warranty includes:

Seams, Zipper, and stitching.

This warranty does not include:

Rips, cuts, or tears, or damage to the globe due to mishandling of the Earth Balloon.
Image, or graphics irregularities on the globe.

The Earth Balloon is not recommended for outdoor use. Due to the light weight of the globe, outdoor use could be dangerous in the event of wind. Outdoor use of the Earth Balloon voids the terms of this warranty.

In the event of seam, zipper, or stitching failure, the Earth Balloon can be sent back to Earth Balloon, Inc., at no charge, for repair of affected areas.
